Move at Work
Co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, Move at Work is a three-year project intended to contribute to physical activity and sport in the working environment.
Project summary
Co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission, Move at Work – M@W is a three-year European project led by the European Federation for Company Sport – EFCS.
It is the follow-up project of WAC – Workplace Active Certification – that aims at rewarding professional organisations implementing physical activity for their employees.
We invite individuals and organisations — companies, institutions, associations, and decision-makers — who believe in the benefits of integrating movement into daily work life to join the Move At Work Supporters’ Pledge.
This pledge is a collective call to action for all who believe physical activity plays a vital role in improving employee wellbeing, enhancing productivity, and supporting long-term health — and should be a natural part of the workplace, where we spend much of our time.
